Head of School
Emma read Modern History at the University of Oxford before completing her post-graduate education training. She has dedicated twenty years to educational excellence across Hampshire schools, championing ambitious scholarship, moral character, and joyful curiosity.
Dr. Alistair Montgomery, MA (Cantab) PhD
Deputy Head (Academic & Curriculum)
Dr. Montgomery oversees curriculum design, academic tracking, and scholarship programmes. Prior to joining Test Valley, he lectured in Historical Sciences and directed academic faculties in Surrey.
Victoria Sinclair, BSc (Hons) PGCE NPQSL
Assistant Head (Pastoral & Safeguarding)
Victoria directs our House system, safeguarding protocols, and wellbeing programmes, ensuring that each student feels secure, valued, and empowered.
